Marketing Manager - Asia Pacific, India and Middle East
Role Purpose Statement:
This job exists to Drive Customer Preference and Loyalty in order to grow revenue, analyze markets and propose strategies; implement those strategies through market research, product development, advertising, and sales promotio within the Asia Pacific Region while at the same time involving KQ in sustainable community development within the KQ network.
Key Accountabilities and Respoibilities:
1.Prepare and implement periodic marketing and budgets and monitor to eure expenditure is in line with the company business plan.
2.Eure that all stakeholde are informed of the KQ Corporate Brand in Asia Pacific Region by engaging Heads of RegioCountries, GSAs and Communicatio dept. to present a positive public image.
3.Eure there is KQ brand presence within the Asia Pacific markets including regular audits that eure product and brand integrity in line with the brand manual/ standards.
4.Coordinate CSR Committee in order to identify projects and implement them in line with the KQ focus areas.
5.Plan and organize events to communicate KQ brand and create top of mind awareness jointly with RegioCountry Manage.
6.Define, design, develop and implement marketing strategies within Asia Pacific Region, in order to achieve laid out objectives.
7.Hold regular meetings by phone and 1:1 with Regional/Country Manage and GSA to exchange ideas as well as corporate direction and expectatio in relation to marketing.
8.Plan and execute market surveys to harness coumer iight and customer attitudes and behavior to shape product and service delivery.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies:
1.Bachelo degree in Marketing
2.Membehip/Certification – Relevant Marketing Societies
3.CIM Accreditation
4.5 yea experience in a dynamic market environment
5.Experience in handling this vast market is an added advantage
6.Proven organizational skills.
7.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
