Customer Service for Key Accounts with majorly import business,
Coordination of Operatio with Partne, Import Cool Handling,
Processing of incoming inquiries, also coordination of other shipments, such as Export, Air, Rail, etc.
Account, Billing & Payment Management ？ Eure Custome are billed correctly on time and that they pay on time.
Experience on Germany / China Trade or similar is helpful
The Candidate should have worked in the forwarding and logistcs industry
Needs to know how import operatio in freight forwarding works BUT will be respoible for good customer service, but hehe needs to know in order to be able to control and monitor the partne performance.
