职位描述:
1. 负责区域内高铁、轨交重点客户的开发与维护、经销商与渠道管理等
2. 提供特种润滑剂领域现有及潜在客户现场技术咨询、服务、解决方案制订、突出事件处理等
3. 管理和培训商务合作伙伴或渠道经销商销售人员,最大限度满足重点客户需求
4. 积极推进新产品新解决方案至VIP客户,拓展新生意机会
基本要求:
1. 大学或以上学历,工程、机械、化工类专业,液压工程优先
2. 3年以上上述行业特种润滑剂或设备销售与技术服务经验
3. 良好的商业发展意识
4. 良好的沟通与人际关系技巧
5. 良好的团队意识,自我激励,积极主动
6. 良好的英文运用能力和计算机操作技能,熟悉掌握各种常用办公软件
Major Respoibilities:
1. To take charge of regional railway key account development and management, distributor and business channel management.
2. To provide on-spot technical service and trouble-shooting solving for special lubricants being used in the existing custome to meet custome’expectation.
3. To take respoibility of management and training to sales team of business partne and distributo to meet the requirements of key account.
4. To actively promote new productsolutio to customeindustries, explore new business opportunities.
Qualificatio:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, machinery, petrochemical, preferable in hydraulic engineering.
2. At least 3 yea' working experience in specialty lubricants or facilities technical service in above industry.

4. Good communication and interpeonal skills
5. Be a good team player, self-motivated, and show initiative & creativity
6. Good command of English and PC Software
