Job Description:

- Title: Purchasing Manager

- Type: Full Time

- Function: Purchasing / Quality Control/ Management

- Division: Mechanical Bridge bearings / Isolato / Hydraulic / Anti-seismic devices.

- Location: Wuhan, Jiangxia.

- Main task:

o Implement and manage procurement objectives, policies and programs. Respoible for the coordination and coolidation of purchases and supplier management to achieve the most favorable quality, service, cost and technology for productervice.

o Start-up of the outsourcing and supply chain.

o To enquiry quotation for outsourcing and manage the related purchase contracts.

o To drive standardized ways of working across the various supplie.

o Secure continuity of supply of materials as well as quality control in accordance with the requirements from Technical Department.

o To communicate with the Technical Department in order to undetand the technical aspects of the products and their manufacturing processes.

o To communicate with the Manufacturing Department in order to provide an organized outsourcing coordinated with the manufacturing activities.

o Respoible for the identification of annual improvement pla on the supply chain.

o Work with supplie to improve current performance and develop new opportunities.

o Competitive tendering of all contracts and reporting to general Manager for approval.

o Respect and guarantee an high quality level based on an International standard with periodical verification and audit with the headquarter in Italy.

Profile:

- Chinese individual. Age: 30-35 yea old.

- Mechanical engineer Master Degree.

- At least 5 yea experience in Purchasing / Operatio / Supply Chain related position in Mechanical industry;

- Capacity to undetand shop drawings and mechanical features related to machining operatio.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, Excel and Microsoft Office, ERP.

- Strong communication & presentation skills in both English and Mandarin, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

- Strong organization skills with emphasis on detail and flexibility in a dynamic and busy environment are essential. Flexibility and adaptability, with international mindset.

- Strategic thinker, innovative & logical, flexible and able to evaluate/manage risk.

- Global mindset and ability to work in a multinational matrix organization.

- Successful experience with continuous improvement initiatives, able to juggle the demands of a multi shift operation.

- English language required.

- Car driving licee.

- Gross salary: about 6.000-7.000RMB/month depending on experience.
