Principal Accountabilities / Respoibilities:

1. Source and qualify new supplie and approve new parts, and support material cost reduction and supplier audit regularly.

2. Support new product development:

Give input to R&D for drawing/design issues, qualify new partsupplie for new products, and work as a bridge between supplie and designe.

3. Support production line on NPI process and problem-solving:

Engineering support for smooth trafer from prototype manufacturing to mass production, and follow up design issues found by production to R&D team.

4. Routine supplier quality work:

Provide engineering support for incoming ipection to eure the quality of incoming material.

Give itructio to incoming ipection, train ipecto, feedback quality issues to supplie on time.

Issue Nonconformance report and Supplier Corrective Action Report to supplie, verify the root cause and check the effectiveness of corrective actio.

Eure supplier to make continuous improvement to meet BPI requirement.

5. Issue supplier management documentation:

Track supplier Cpk, Gage R&R, develop measurement tools, and perform correlation study.

Eure supplier quality can meet or exceed BPI target.

6. Dispose MRB (Material Review Board) material detected by incoming ipection and production line. 7. Other tasks assigned by superio.

Requirements / Qualificatio

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics engineering or related, Master’s degree is preferred.

2. 8~10+ yea Electronics component sourcing or SQE experience in an international company, PCBA industry experience is a preferred.

3. Proficient in ISO 9000/TS16949, TQM, SPC, FMEA, DOE, DFX, etc.

4. Hands-on Electronics component qualification, DFX, testing and failure analysis experience.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills.

6. Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Key Competencies

1. Electronics PCBA, Cable, Assembly knowledge and experience.

2. Know how to qualify electronics component and meet product design requirement, which act as an aggressive leader between internal cross-function team and outside supplier.

3. Strong experience of supplier audit and process audit with PPAP approach.

4. English is good.
