The coultant will be primarily in charge of the compeation and benefits studies for certain industries or regio, while supporting on coulting projects. Specifically, he or she needs to:

Respoibilities:

?Project Delivery

–Drive and deliver high quality compeation and rewards survey project and engagement survey project on schedule;

–Conduct quantitative and qualitative studies using spreadsheet, database, and customized application;

–Provide data coultation and interpret survey findings to clients to evoke broader HR dialogues and offer potential suggestio and solutio;

?Client interfacing

–Build and maintain professional connection with clients for long term cooperation;

–Undetand clients’ needs and approach appropriately to arouse the interest in compeation services;

?Industry Ownehip

–Act as a leading coultant for assigned industry(s);

–Accumulate relevant industry knowledge and bring business iights to clients;

?Team Collaboration

–Share industry(s) value chain and business trend to other coultants;

–Provide coach to junior coultant(s) on technical deliverables;

–Support other compeation and rewards related projects;

Qualification:

?Bachelor degree or above;

?3 above yea compeation & benefits related working experience or auditing firm working experience;

?Have a good undetanding of the business operatio and HR practices

?Customer focus and attention to details;

?Good communication and presentation skills;

?Strong analytical and organizing skills;

?Hardworking, independent and self-motivated;

?Familiar with Excel or other data analysis software;

?English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
