Respoibilities:
?Respoible for sourcing, bidding, negotiating, contracting, and purchasing goods and services based on category of spend supported. Execute the competitive bidding process in accordance with AbbVie’s Purchasing Policy.
?Full respoibility for a key area of spend within AbbVie
?Meeting and Events, payment supporting document enhanced monitoring
?Demotrates knowledge of external guidelines (e.g. FDA, Customs, SOX, Anti-bribery law) to eure compliance.
?Meet regularly with internal custome and support functio to eure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Including key stakeholde in AbbVie China affiliate and operatio
?Develop and maintain a robust supply base that eures the best value for quality, delivery, pricing, service for meetings and events that hosted by Abbvie China. This includes the performance of on-going analysis and cost reductio by implementation of preferred supplier networks by category to eure the lowest overall cost and highest possible value for dolla spent.
?Develop and maintain necessary files and records to maximize performance in completing job functio.
?Analyse supplier performance using rating system and tools (e.g., supplier performance management program, supplie’ self-evaluation, etc.).
Operational Respoibilities:
?Leading meeting and events purchasing payment supporting document enhanced monitoring program
?Leading meeting and events supplier performance management activities
?Review and manage meeting and events subcontracto service quality
?Investigate event owner complaints and work with supplie to implement CAPAs.

Qualificatio
?Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
?3 –5 yea of progressive experience in a purchasing agent / buyer role, preferably in Pharmaceutical industry
?Experience with SAP (SRM) and e-Sourcing tools preferred, but not required
?Strong analytical, problem solving and interpeonal skills
?Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
?Individual must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently
?Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage multiple cross divisional work process and projects
