oEvery Monday check office situation. Tidy up meeting room and main area
oTidy up the materials/documents in the meeting room
oBusiness trip arrangement
?Air tickets booking & travel arrangement
?Book hotel for HK employees when they come to BJ
?YUXU business trip visa application
?Visa applicatiorenewal for team
oName card printing for staff
oPhone issue
oScanning, Office courier and post-delivery arrangement
oHandling fax in & out, copying, scanning, mailing, filing
oOffice correspondence check
oOffice facilities maintenance
oOffice equipment maintenance
oClear up the refrigerator
oCheck electricity and go to ICBC for purchase if needed
oStick fapiao for Yuan and make expee for her
oIssue invoices for yuxu's mobile call charge
oScan expee for office.
