电子工程师（BMS）

工作职责：

1. 产品硬件设计，和客户沟通硬件需求，可以从系统层面整体考虑需求难度和风险遵照公司开发流程的前提下，评估产品设计需求，制定开发计划，完成产品框架及接口设计。主导完成电路设计，及Schematic、HSIS、EBOM、DFMEA、SCIF等设计相关文档编制和最终交付。

Hardware requirement capture from communication with customer. Can evaluate the design difficulty and risk from system level. Evaluate the design requirement, draft the development plan and complete the product architecture and interface design based on the company development process. Lead the circuit design, schematic, HSIS, EBOM, DFMEA, SCIF and related document delivery.

2. 硬件设计验证，根据系统需求制定硬件测试项目和计划，并组织完成功能测试、性能测试和整车硬件测试

Set the hardware verification plan based on the system requirement, and organize the verification test of circuit function, performance and Vehicle test.

3. DV（包含EMC）、PV、整车测试中硬件问题解决， 跟踪环境试验、电磁兼容试验及路试情况，并及时分析问题，解决问题，并做好经验教训总结。

Solve of DV（include EMC）, PV and Vehicle test hardware issues .Trace the environment, EMC and vehicle test, analysis and solve the issue on time, and record all the issues in the lesson learned.

4. 项目报价依据报价时间节点要求,正确完成各轮的报价文件。

Program quotation, Complete the quotation document accurately according to each phase quote requirement.

5. 内外部客户沟通对内外部客户提出的要求和建议积极做出响应，提供技术支持。

Internal and external customer communication .Actively respond and provide technical support to internal and external customer.

6. 优化电路设计及新技术应用在充分考虑性能和成本的基础上，对现有的电路进行优化设计，并完成相关文档归档。学习应用电子领域的新方案和技术，提高产品的竞争力。Optimized the circuit design and application of new technologies .Optimized the current circuit design based on the coideration of performance and cost, and complete the related document for record.

7. 协助项目设计评审和疑难问题解决在各设计阶段协助专家进行技术评审，指出设计缺陷并提出解决方案。了解项目设计中的疑难问题，并提供解决方案

Assist in the project design review and technical issue solving. Assist the technical professional do the technical review on each design phase and propose solutio for design issues. Undetand the technical issue happened in project design, and propose the solution.

任职资格：

1、大学本科及以上

Bachelor Degree or above

2. 电子/电气，仪器仪表，自动化，通信等相关专业

Electrical, Electronics, Itrumentation, Automation, Telecommunication related

3、基本的口语交流能力，熟练的阅读和书写能力

English: Basic communication skills and frequent written ability

4、3 年及以上硬件设计经验其中2年以上汽车电子产品硬件系统设计经验

More than 5 yea experience of hardware design including 3 yea on automotive electronic hardware design

5. 其他要求 Othe 对模拟电路、数字电路、EMC及软硬件接口有较深理解汽车电子产品硬件架构设计有较深理解熟悉各种电子元器件的特性，包含Micro的内部构架和接口电路熟悉线性电源、开关电源、车身网络通信协议硬件设计。

6. 需要熟悉电池管理电路设计，包括CSC，HVM，BMU等部分，有一定的电化学基础知识了解，熟悉各种电池特性，能够针对不同负载的设计驱动电路并满足相关异常检测要求。
