· Advising clients on the establishment and expaion of businesses (including joint ventures) in China and across Asia

· Advising on general corporate, merge and acquisitio, real estate and employment matte

· Involved with drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment contracts and advising on settlement of commercial disputes

· Knowledge of China IP regulatory issues an advantage.
