2.Project accounting？Tracks and reports team hou and expees on a weekly basis. ？Manages project budget. ？Determines appropriate revenue recognition, eures timely and accurate invoicing, and monito receivables for project.

3.Business development？Identifies business development and "add-on" values opportunities as they relate to a specific project. ？Leads proposal efforts including completing project scoping

？Essential skills/experience？Candidates of PM who really have project management experience and respoibility in capital investment, a new project from cost estimate stage till final mechanical completion.？Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (Chartered Engineer preferable) and a minimum of 10 yea industry experience, with at least 4 yea’ experience in project manager of international engineering company. Eligible for Registered Project Manager certification or equivalent？Previous experience as a project engineer on projects of up to US$20M to US$100M in total value？Good English/Russian communication skills in oral and written.
