招聘职位：理赔专员

职位要求：

1. 本科或同等以上医学相关学历，全科、有临床经验者优先；

2. 良好的英汉双语表达及书写能力；

3. 良好的组织、规划和时间管理能力；

4. 良好的沟通能力与计算机应用能力；

5. 较强的团队合作意识，敬业，注重细节并能随时投入工作；

6. 1年以上外资诊所、公立综合医院等工作经验者为优；

工作职责：

接听客户医疗咨询电话并回复；

审核医疗账单的有效性和必要性

与医疗机构联系进行医疗核查

对医院返还及客户提交的账单进行理赔审核。

薪资：

QualificatioRequirements:

1. Undergraduate or equivalent, major in nuing, general medical, clinical medical;

2. Proficient in both oral and written Chinese and English；

3. Planning, organization, time-management skill, cost-awareness in rendering services；

4. Excellent communication skills and computer skills；

5. Enthusiastic to work in a team with different expertise to provide round-the-clock service；

6. Over 1 year's working experiences in international clinics, public hospital is an assess；

Job Description:

1. Awering customer phone calls and providing medical advices needed

2. checking medical bills for accuracy and necessity

3. Contacting medical provide for further checking and negotiation on medical bills auditing

4. Processing claim through handling hospital or customer medical bills and making decisio according to the iurance clauses.
