职位描述:
1. To have a thorough undetanding of the contract and eure that the service delivery and contractual obligatio are delivered and executed in a manner that foste and achieves customer satisfaction;
2. To establish and maintain good relatio and effective communicatio with custome and team membe;
3. To eure all engineering system operatio & maintenance project activities comply with company policies and ethics;
4. To eure all soft service relevant, including cleaning, security,comply with company policies and ethics;
5. To plan, implement and review on a periodic basis all work processes, workflow, operating procedures of all M&E services,soft services deliverables so as to eure excellent customer satisfaction ratings are achieved according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
6. To conduct periodic internal performance audits to eure agreed key performance indicato are complied, achieved and exceeding the expectatio of the client;
7. To assist in the compilation of the IFM monthly report and any other reports, surveys, benchmarking exercises as and required within the scope of the service agreement with the client;
8. To provide and manage corrective action and service requests and management reports as required and directed and eure that all activities are documented;
9.To comply with all company policies, procedures and standards;
10.To perform related duties as directed.
