Job Description:
1.Providing Technical LeadehipActs as a leader to site operato peonnel through their development.Assist in training and coaching new Junior SELead and participate in meetingsProvide guidance to staff as appropriateAssists in directing or assisting project work of other site enginee or chemical service technicia.
2.Process, Product & Supplier OptimizationAcquires, records and analyzes process and usage data to establish baselines and track usage figures.Identifies, pla, implements and monito product optimization and product coolidation projects for Chemical Management programs at customer manufacturing plants with the goal of reducing usage, costs of chemicals or process costs at designated sites. Respoibilities include identification and documentation of savings projects or process improvements for presentation and approval by the customer. Make customer presentatio to justify adoption of proposed projects and to demotrate the benefits of successfully completed proposals.Work with site team, implementing the approved projects.Work with Quaker on-site staff to assure that project financial and technical goals are met. Supports account achievement of savings under the service contract. Helps promote shared savings programs and drives savings to meet unit cost targets and achieve shared savingsSolicit customer spoor for project
3.Procurement, Logistics, Inventory ManagementDevelop a forecast utilizing usage trends. Develop budget for next yearObtain inventory level dataCompare to mimax levelsAsk administrative Assistant to order productsTrack the shipmentAssess usage compared to budget and forecastsGenerate a usage reportEstimate cost savingsGenerate reports. Generate abnormal usage report as necessaryCommunicate usage to the plant and internally
4.Supporting Site OperatioFamiliarize self with Quaker service scope.Study and implement customer’s SOPsPerform multi-site technical and sales oriented administrative duties in a manufacturing environment.Work with SGMW peonnel to solve daily problems Perform appropriate record keeping tasksProcess control: Get the test report from lab and decide corrective actioApply customer’s reporting formats and maintain chartsUndetand and follow facility protocols(e.g., chain of command)Assists to identify environmental aspect and hazard, eures the activities compliance with local safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Qualificatio:Education:BS degree in Chemical or EngineeringKnowledge & Skills:Fluent in using Excel spreadsheets, Word, Power Point, E-mail and Internet Software.
Good reading, writing, listening and speaking abilities in English. Good communication skill.
Experience:Must have a minimum of three yea related field experience.
Peonal Characteristics:Excellent team leadehip skills.
