Job Description:
1. End-to-end respoibility for customer project and operation.
2. Mobilize the technical operation team to resolve issues, implement change, deliver project, and design the technical solution and cost for the customer project.
3. Operation manager takes care of commercial control from project view point. Hehe achieve efficiency improvement by cost reduction (decreasing production costs with and unchanged scope of service) as well as growth (comparatively small cost increase with an increasing scope of service). Contribute to CSS revenue, gross profit and PV.
4. OPM work close to Service Delivery manager with the respective focal points respoibility for the service performance and billing of T-Systems custome.
5. Accountable for ITIL based processes. Handle ITIL based process management, including change management, incident management, and problem management and so on. Undetand OPM role and categorize it accordingly. Check OLA regularly and make sure CSS continuously provide service with high quality.
6. As technical interface, represent CSS production unit communicate outside towards to Service Delivery manager and customer.
7. Undetand Global strategy, Globalization. Dynamic Platforms/Dynamic Cloud Solutio. Standardization and automation.
Qualification, experience, skill required:
8 yea+ operation experience in the area of AIX and IBM pSeries Hardware, 5 yea+ customer management experience
Strong knowledge in AIX and IBM pSeries hardware, DS series Storage, SAN FC Switch
Undetand LDAP Technology
Familiar with Different Backup/Restore Technology and Product
Strong architectural knowledge, can design platform based on AIX technology
Discuss the OS level technical paramete with customer application team to finalize the requirements for AIX and its platform (server, storage, network)
Strong analytical knowledge, able to find root cause of the issue
Proactive, strong motivation to find issues and resolve issues
Strategic thinking, systematic, organized, strong plan and execution capability
Can drive hard and result oriented
Good at communication and influence
ITIL foundation certified
Strong Operational knowledge in managing large scale backend systems with divee technology and product
Undetand Enterprise IT Architecture
Familiar with network topology and drawing of topology
