职位描述:
岗位职责:
1. Assist Department Head to develop and implement various C&B projects including salary structures, grading, incentive schemes (STI & LTI) and other Total Reward initiatives for different regional and country offices.
2. Lead and participate in annual Total Remuneration Survey, with internal and external salary benchmarking and analysis, to enhance the Company’s overall external competitiveness.
3. Prepare annual manpower budget and headcount plan, and monthly rolling forecast on budget execution throughout the year.
4. Conduct annual salary review and adjustment; participate in global employee benefits policy review / renewal and external vendor management.
5. Work with Finance Department on the annual payroll and peonnel record audit.
6. Develop and improve performance measurement system linked with staff reward and retention, to strengthen business performance.
7. Regular reporting and analysis on headcount, productivity, efficiency, etc.
8. Participate in other HR projects when necessary.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Finance or related disciplines.
Above 5 yea’Compeation & Benefits experience in sizable multinational companies or coulting firms is a must; with global / regional exposure in staff Total Reward highly preferable.
2. Strong working knowledge of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, numerical and graphic analysis involving Mercer or Hewitt methodology.
3. Familiar with labor market common practice and legal requirements in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, and the US.
4. Proficient in HRIS – SAP
5. Self-motivated, meticulous, flexible, well-organized and detail-oriented.
6. Numerical, with process focus and critical thinking.
7. Excellent interpeonal and communication skills.
8. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese language.
