职位描述:
AUTHORITY AND RESPOIBILITY
Respoible for 2D drawing and 3D data preparation for Chassis products according to customer requirements and internal standards
¬CAD data trafer between costume and Mubea via costumer dedicated systems (e.g. Ford TCE)
¬Design and optimization (2D&3D) of necessary production tools (e.g. setting tools, bending tools, racks, etc.) for Chassis products
¬Design and optimization of necessary measurement and test equipment (e.g. gauges, measurement seats, etc.)
¬Conduct necessary CAD investigation (2D&3D) during development process of Chassis parts (e.g. package check, packing deity on production racks, etc.)
¬Manage ordering and production of necessary above mentioned tools and equipment with internal and external supplie
¬Respoible for calculation and design of Stabilizer Bar System Components according to customer requirements and internal standards
¬Management of projects according to customer requirements and Mubea internal standards (e.g. Process description U9)
¬Respoible for timely preparation of necessary product documentation for quotation (RFQ), prototyping, testing (e.g. DVP&R) and mass production
¬Respoible for timely preparation of necessary project management documentation (e.g. PPAP, Quality Gate Reviews, etc.) according to customer requirements and Mubea internal standards (e.g. Process description U9).
¬Management of prototype production as well as testing according to customer requirements (meet development schedule, milestones) in cooperation with related departments (e.g. prototype shop, laboratory) and internal as well as external supplie
¬Communication with other Mubea locatio to exchange project related information if necessary (e.g. for global projects)
¬Preparation of technical presentation (e.g. technical review) as well as presentation of those at customer side
¬Technical contact / intermediary for all Stabilizer Bar System Components related aspects of our custome
¬Provide technical support to Mubea purchasing and SQE organization for local supplier approval and handling of Stabilizer Bar System Components
