Respoibilities:

1. Respoible for the promotion & application of JUSHA’s medical display in the radiological department & information department of local hospitals.

2. Coolidate and maintain the cooperative relatiohip with the established deale, PACS related deale and end-use in your respoible area. At the meantime explore potential clients, and increase the market share of the product in the corresponding area.

3. Implement the company's sales policy, complete the quarterly and annual sale targets.

4. Mentor direct subordinates and assist regional manager to complete the sales team building and development.

Requirements:

1. College degree and above. Majo in Electronics, Medical Science and Management are preferred.

2. At least 3 year’s sales experience. Related working experience in the medical industry is preferred.

3. Have team management experience, good at team coueling, and be able to lead the team to achieve sale targets.

4. Have pioneering way of thinking，good communication, interpeonal and execution ability.

5. Passion, the ability of working under pressure, and the adaptability of frequent business trip are required.

1、负责巨鲨医用专业显示器在医院影像科、信息科等相关科室的应用推广；

2、巩固维护区域内的原有医用设备经销商、PACS相关经销商和终端用户，开发潜在合作伙伴，提高产品在对应区域市场份额；

3、执行公司各项销售政策，完成季度、年度销售任务；

4、辅导直接下属并协助大区经理完成销售团队的建设发展。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，电子、医学、管理类专业优先；

2、3年以上销售工作经验，有医疗行业工作经验优先

3、具备团队管理经验，擅长团队辅导，能够带领团队达成销售目标

4、开拓性的思路，良好的内外沟通技能和执行力

5、富有激情，能承受工作压力，能够适应出差
