- Process development for new rubber mixture

- Alignment with rubber lead development in Belgium

- Testing production process quality

- CIP in production process

Job Requirements:

a)Education学历:

- BacheloDiploma;

- Chemistry with know how in Rubber and Elastomeres or;

- Mech Eng with focus on Material science incl Elastomeres and Rubber or

- Rubber Engineering (Rubber, Elastomeres, Polyme or Plastic)

b)Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

- In rubber processing (development, QMM, process, manufacturing), pressed rubber experience

- English fluent in spoken and written

- Intercultural skills to work with Europe and AP region

- Experience in European or Japanese company preferred, experience in automotive business
