Respoibilities:
?Project management, internal coordination and client communication for implementing treasury management solutio. This includes:
oProactively participate in sales support activities, e.g. client presentatio and proposals.
oTakeover of mandated deals in order to eure smooth and timely delivery of new services to clients.
oRespoible for implementation of mandated cash management deals.
oManage any client issues arising during the project to very swift resolution.
oProvide technical support and training to clients and associates where necessary for problem solving.
oEffect implementation closure and handover to Client Services.
oWork closely with Local Manager, Asia Team and Global Business Partne to promote quality solutio for client.
oMaintain up to date working knowledge of the bank’s client access productservices, payment and trade capabilities, internal operatio and local practices.
oProvide technical implementation expertise and support on complex project implementatio.
?Respoible for a small portfolio of clients and provide day to day client services support such as handling traactional enquiries from client, issues resolution and etc
?Co-ordinate with internal & external business partne to eure successful delivery of all the required products, services and system solutio
?Participate/handle client services related projects and job whenever necessary
Requirements:
?At least 5 yea’ working experience in banking field.
?Experience in project implementation is required and preferably client services as well
?Good project management skills( PMP certification is preferred)
?Good knowledge of all bank systems and products.
?Good application software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and any Project Management tools.
?Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin.
?Excellent presentation, communication, time management, problem solving and teamwork skills.
?A proactive learner and self-starter seeking continuous improvement in all job-related aspects.
?A professional and courteous manner, promoting teamwork and a client-focused attitude at all times.
