职位描述:
According to company's goal in marketing strategy and target, leading team for product overall planning, formulate annual product development and promotion plan and organize the implementation thereof;
Respoible for brand development for product positioning and new product development project management;
Existing products through regular management module, performance evaluation, product promotion, improvement, eliminate scheme and fulfil and supervise implementation;
Identify, prioritize, and frame country coumer and marketplace iights for input to the region product teams in order to influence the product creation process and lead coume to a new place for the country
Tralate qualitative information (trends, colour, materials, price/value, innovation, etc.)into compelling coumer iights
Tralate quantitative information (revenue and pricing margin goals, FOB targets, forecasts, productivity/efficiency targets) along with the coumer iights into compelling country briefs.
Build a country category product line that best reflects the qualitative and quantitative iights.
Identify and communicate gaps in the global product offering to life through the art of storytelling, and represent the category and coumer through the process(from Creative Direction to Selling Floor)
Optimize the country category product line(through mix, flow, price points, forecasts, etc.)Adopt global category recommended assortments.
Leading with merchandising teams to align the category coumeproduct strategy with the country distribution strategy (including segmentation and differentiation) and retail execution.
