Respoibilities:

1. To provide detailed pre and post-sales support for custome of innovative intelligent power products aimed at medium voltage applicatio in China, South Korea and Japan.

2. Join the local sales team in meetings at target custome to perform pre-sales promotion of the products at a technical level.

3. Technically support custome in the pre-sales evaluation period and eure that the customer gets the best possible impression of Company’s technology.

4. Promote the technical benefits of the Company’s products and overcome any technical objectio raised by the custome.

5. Provides design-in support to custome once they have selected the Company’s product to eure that any issues or questio that arise are handled promptly and effectively.

6. Supports any relevant pre-production issues with custome as their products ramp up into mass production.

7. Manages the deployment of Company’s assets (samples, loan systems etc.) with custome and distributo to eure that the assets remain available and in good condition to support the design in activity.

8. Trai and supports technical staff at Company’s distributo on an on-going basis to eure that the channel to market is as effective and efficient as possible.

9. Identifies trends and requirements from the custome and competito and eures that they are disseminated to the right people in Company for coideration in the product roadmap. Extend the Company’s market share in the target territories.

10. Supports the Company’s marcom team with the generation of market and region specific collateral.

11. Maintain a close tie with the headquarte technical team. The communication will be in English both written and verbal.

12. Maintai the Company’s feature/bug tracking tools to eure that all issues raised in the Asia market are captured correctly.

Requirements:

1. Degree in a relevant subject Electrical Engineering electronics, physics or similar subject.

2. At least 5 yea design engineering experience preferably with a power electronics focus.

3. Strong English language skills (spoken and written), able to communicate well with colleagues in the UK.

4. Strong Presentation skills.

5. Confident, outgoing peonality.

6. Self-motivated & ability to work independently.
