Game Designer - Job Summary

The Game Designer is respoible for designing, documenting, implementing and developing game systems as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Respoibilities

？Design and implement game features based on provided feature briefs

？Create and maintain design documentation for the team

？Author in-game content such as items/missio using internal tools

？Work closely with Design Lead to eure design and implementation meets required specificatio

？Work with the team to conceptualize, prototype, iterate, balance and tune features and gameplay based on feedback and metrics

？Work as part of a SCRUM team to break down feature briefs into manageable stories with clear acceptance criteria

？Identify feature KPIs where appropriate so success can be accurately measured

？Analyze KPI and other metrics to improve game systems based on hard data

？Participate in the development of tools required to implement and adjust game systems

？Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing features

Required Experiencekills:

？Passion for gaming

？2-3 yea of related experience

?Ability to analyze gameplay mechanics and feature desig

?Strong analytical gameplay balancing skills

？Excellent undetanding of FPS multiplayer, MMO and F2P design principles

？Ability to work at a practical level as well as conceptual

？Familiarity working with game edito such as Unreal

？Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with othe

？Self-organized and self-motivated, proactively seeks out and shares information and solves problems

？Flexible and able to adjust priorities as situation demands

？Ability to foresee and communicate issues during development

？Open to criticism, knows how to listen and can work feedback in to desig

Highly Desirable

？Chinese language ability
