职位描述:
工作职责:
-Overall in charge of the food labs in Shanghai.全面负责上海食品实验室的各项工作;
-Manage lab resources. Coordinate the resources of food lab to assure operation smoothly.管理实验室资源,协调食品实验室的资源,确保各实验室正常运行;
-Overall respoibility for lab safety. Assure lab operate in a healthy and safety working environment.实验室安全的总责任人,确保实验室在安全环保的环境下运营;
-Impletment quality assurance system and company policy in labs. Assure lab get accreditation needed.在实验室推行/执行质量保证体系及各项公司政策,确保实验室获得相应资质;
-Improve lab system continuously. Improve operation and save cost to make lab operated efficiently.不断完善体系,改进操作,降低成本,使实验室高效运营;
-Providing service according to the needs of market. Support business line to gain market share协助业务线根据市场需要提供服务,获得市场份额。
Requirement:
-Master degree or above, chemistry or food or relevant 硕士及以上学历,化学或食品或相关专业;
-10 yea or more experience in lab. 5 yea or more operation management experience in food lab or chemical lab or microbe lab. 十年及以上实验室经验,五年及以上食品或化学/微生物实验室运营管理经验;
-Be familiar with ISO 17025 and accreditation requirements of CNAS, CMAF. 熟悉ISO17025条款要求,熟悉CNAS,CMAF认可要求;
-Good communication skill. Spirit of team work. Aggressive and self motivated.良好沟通技巧和团队精神,积极进取;
-Proficiency in written and spoken English. 良好英文书写和口语.
