Duties and Respoibilities :

1.Work with other sectio within the company to provide good service.

2.Coordinate and monitor the test project status according to defined procedures and test method.

3.Summarize and monitor overall projects progress

4.Write test & Ipection protocol according to retail client demand.

5.Conduct initial FA and lab assessment

6.Train engineer and ipector before start test and ipection.

7.Conduct in-house test and witness test on supplier site.

8.Follow-up on documentation and samples from custome.

9.Provide general information (status, standard) to custome

10.Review and approve the test report

11.Handle customer enquiry in a prompt and respoive manner.

12.Assistant CS to handle subcontract test contract and monitor the progress.

13.Perform other job related assignments as required.

Minimum Requirements :

1.Univeity degree in engineering or science discipline.

2.At least five yea work experiences, include three yea quality management experience and two yea automotive industrial experience.

3.Undetanding TS16949,ISO17025 requirements

4.Undetanding APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and GD&T etc.

5.Be Familiar with factory audit & lab assessment

6.Be Familiar with relative automotive test standard, include SAE, ASTM, ASME and relative OEM standard.

7.Be familiar with product technology, such as stamping, inject, electronic and surface treatment.

8.Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written (English).

9.Ability to travel via car and airplane and for overnight duration’s.
