Job Respoibilities 岗位职责：

1、To be in charge of monitoring the customer delivery plan, to communicate with the custome and factories in time about any issues of the delivery quantity, delivery date and packing, be respoible for the problem solving and action plan making.

负责客户交付计划的监督，对于交付中出现的任何交付数量、交付日期和包装等异常情况与客户和工厂进行及时有效的沟通，整改预防措施的制定；

2、To be respoible for the physical inventory plan making, managing inventory monthly for the external warehouse, custome’ coignment warehouse, and in-trait material, to approve and adjust the stock difference accordingly.

负责盘点计划制定、执行。负责外部仓库、客户寄售库、在途库存的月度盘点、库存差异审批调整；

3、To monitor the raw material arrival plan, to avoid the production line stop of the factory’s and the customs’.

负责原材料到货计划的监控，确保内部工厂和客户不能产生停线；

4、To optimize the delivery plan and shipping, reduce the logistic cost by the reasonable traportation arrangement.

负责优化发运计划、优化发运方式，通过合理的发运计划降低物流成本；

5、To be sure SAP R3 daily running in logistic department, meet the custome’ requirements, maintenance accurate data in R3.

负责物流部SAP R3系统正常运作，确保客户需求等系统信息准确无误；

6、To deal with the clients’ complai effectively about the logistic issues, to satisfy the custome as possible as we can.

负责客户物流投诉的及时有效的处理，最大化客户满意度；

7、To be respoible for the regular stock taking for the packing materials in external warehouse, in trait, in custome’ coignment warehouse, in JIT and plant. To make the application for the scrap parts.

负责外部租赁仓库、在途、客户寄售库、JIT、工厂物流的包装料架的盘点，对于报废料架做固定资产报废申请

8、To do the job arranged by the department manager.

部门经理安排的其他工作。

Job Requirements 任职资格

1、Minimum college degree.

大专以上学历；

2、3 yea work related experience in logistics management

3年以上物流管理相关经验；

3、Excellent English in reading and undetanding and good computer skills, SAP experience preffered.

良好的英语阅读和理解能力，电脑操作熟练，有SAP经验为佳；

4、Good interpeonal skills.

良好的人际关系处理能力
