Job Duties:
Mission 1: Seor Development
1.Analyze customer speciatiotandards for performance/functional requirements. Define the technical need and choice of the electronic seor components based on the customer’s performance/functional requirments
2.Perform electromagnetic design of the product (magnet, magnetic circuit)
3.Set up electromagnetics analytical models for the general design phase
4.Setup and perform electromagnetic simulatio
5.Perform optimization in order to find technical design that comply with project target (quality, cost, reliability, timing as set up during quality gates)
6.Perform electronic schematics and design layout to eure complying with customer’s EMC (Electro Magnetic Compliance) requirement
7.Define the seing technology during the development phase of Advanced Projects or Briques Techniques
8.Act as EFEC main technical contact foduring the development of a new seing Cell or Seing Technology
9.Set up contact with local representatives of Infineon, Allegro (and in the near future Melexis) to get local support when experiencing difficulties on application projects,
10.In cooperation with Purchasing department and development department , perform a market and technology watch on cells developed by Chinese electronics manufacture.
11.Define performance tests for development laboratory to conduct, validate the results/ and develop corrective action plan.

Mission 2 : Continuous Improvement
1.Propose and manage a roadmap of electronic seing elements
2.Propose and implement methods and mea of development to improve the quality
3.Author Golden Rule documents to capture Lesso Learned
Qualificatio:
1.B.S. or higher degree in Magnetics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
2.Minimum 1-3 yea of related work experience
3.Familiar with model-based development environment using MATLABimulink
4.Ability to undetand and manipulate electromagnetic concepts and phenomena
5.Familiar with finite element calculation for electromagnetic (low frequency), and analytic models (Flux in option)
6.Familiar with electronic circuits
7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Power Point
8.Familiar with Design FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, TS-16949
9.Familiar with structured problem solving methodologies (Global 8-D process, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing etc.)
10.Excellent interpeonal & computer skills with ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
11.Must be able to work effectively with custome and other program staff and team membe
12.Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete project goals
13.Must be able to prioritize respoibilities and handle multiple duties/projects simultaneously
