Job Description
1.Work closely together with sales manage to support sales and marketing actio
2.Process orde, forms, applicatio and requests.
3.Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, and follow up on customer interactio.
4.Prepare delivery doc and follow payment status.
5.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, such as Engineering/ProductioQuality.
6.Manage custome' accounts, and related administration job
7.Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirement
1.Attention to detail and accuracy, customer service orientation.
2.Excellent communication skills.
3.Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer service/Internal sales.
4.Good organization and project management skills
5.Fluent in Business English is a must, both orally and in written.
6.Comfortable working with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge and work experience with MRP/ERP, SAP is preferred.
7.The ability to work in a team environment is essential to success.
