· Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products following the company sales regulation
· Reaching the targets and goals set for the domestic sales department
· Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
· Servicing the needs of the existing and new custome
· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
· Setting sales targets for geographic area and area sales manage
· Developing sales strategies and setting targets
· Monitoring the dealer's performance and motivating them to reach targets
· Compiling and analyzing sales figures
· Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts youelf
The candidate shouldn't have any problem with the frequent business trip, willing to learn mechanical equipment and different market circumstances.
It is a must to a good English communication in both speaking and writing.
It is preferred to have at least 2 yea experiences in the sales
It is preferred to have some experiences working in the tire industry or car industry or any field related to the car business and car after market.
