1. 制定、评估、改进和记录生产流程。

Developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes.

2. 根据生产计划，负责计划和组织资源。

Respoible to plan and organize resources according to a production schedule.

3. 负责制定和实施生产流程。

Respoible to develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.

4. 确保健康和安全准则得以遵守。

Euring that health and safety guidelines are followed;

5. 不断分析制造流程，在效率、成本降低和生产量方面不断改善。

Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually to seek for improvements on efficiency, cost reduction, and throughput by keeping the level of quality following methodologies or principles such as lean methodology .

6. 与生产计划和采购相互合作。

Respoible to support and cooperate with production planning and procurement.

7. 负责监督和激励员工。

Respoible to supervise and motivate the workforce.

8. 负责计划和监督流程实施情况和工作者的业绩表现。

Respoible to plan and implement methods to review and monitor the performance of the manufacturing processes and worke.

9. 负责员工培训需求和计划。

Respoible to identify and plan training needs.

10. 负责协调、支持和监督仓库，确保仓库合规行为。

Respoible to coordinate、support and audit warehousing, be sure warehousing action abide rules .

11. Other assigned works.

其它分派的工作。

岗位要求：

Job requirement：

1. 大学以上学历，机械或相关专业

Above college degree , mechanical or related major

2. 5年以上在制造工业相关工作经验。

Minimum of 5 yea of experience in jobs related to Manufacturing of industrial.

3. 2年以上在工厂的生产主管工作经验.

A minimum of 2 yea of working experience as Production Supervisor in a factory

4. 有相关工具的使用经验，如“精益制造”或“kaizen” kanban和5S。

Experience on using the principles and/or methodologies for continuous improvement such as /Lean Manufacturing/ or /Kaizen” 、Kanban and 5S.

5. ISO9001／14001知识和经验。

Knowledge on ISO9001/14001

6. 相关的ERP系统使用经验。
