2、管理并传达集团质量体系(质量模块)标准的变更情况，组织建立并监督体系实施，确保其更新及正确实施 Manage and deploy the group quality system management system specification（quality module）, organize to create and supervise the systems implementation to meet the requirement.

3、管理并传达行业标准,质量体系（CCC、TS16949）的变更情况，组织建立并监督体系实施，确保其更新及正确实施Manage and deploy the industy standard quality system(CCC、TS16949) management system specification, organize to create and supervise the systems implementation to meet the requirement.

4、组织各部门维护体系文件，确保其符合性和适宜性 Organize to maintain system document, to eure its conformity and suitability

5、管理内审和外审，跟踪落实纠正预防措施计划Management internal audit and external audit，follow the tracks for corrective and preventive action play and conduct.

6、组织并发展公司内审员人数，并且组织内审人员的培训Number of organization and development of the company internal audito, and organize internal audit peonnel training

任职资格Qualificatio：

？学历要求：全日制本科及以上学历

Minimum education level: Degree of academy or above

？Experience :

？专业背景：机械制造、汽车、注塑模具设计，高分子材料或化工类专业

Background: Mechanical engineering, automotive, injection design, polymer material engineering or chemical engineering major.

？工作经验：5年以上汽车零部件质量体系工作经验。

？ Experience: Minimum 5 yea or above experiences of quality system management in the automobile interior or exterior parts company.

？胜任能力：革新创造力，与他人合作能力，工作知识，分析问题和做决策，主观能动性，计划和组织能力，对质量关注，书面交流，口头交流，可靠性，委派和控制，具有团队精神。

？Skills and competencies

？熟练使用常用的办公软件visio, project, word, excel, AutoCAD,

Be familiar with the Microsoft software. I.e. visio, project, word, excel, AutoCAD.

？熟悉TS16949标准，了解ISO14000和OHSAS18001标准

Be familiar with TS16949，and know ISO14000&OHSAS18001

？具备一定的外语口语交流能力，熟悉PPAP、APQP基础知识、了解注塑、塘塑、发泡、工艺、振动摩擦焊焊接、超声波焊接工艺；能运用通用图形软件进行结构及加工艺分析，如UG、AutoCAD、CATIA等。熟悉客户的产品认可流程，能够熟练运用SPC、DOE、8D等质量分析工具

Spoken English skill , be familiar with PPAP, APQP, undetand technical process: injection, slush, foaming, vibrate welding ,US welding etc; good at graphic software, UG, AutoCAD, Catia, ProE etc and quality tool SPC,DOE, 8D etc. Be familiar with customer PPAP procedure.
