2.Lead internal lean training for line leader and technician

3.Lead internal lean related workshop for YZ plant (Ex. labor efficiency up, Employee suggestion assessment)

Job Respoibility

工作职责：

1.Lead and follow up the continues improvement activity as the waste walk 、basic lean tools training、lean improvement workshop 、VSM etc..

2.Time analysis for production line and Time pro .tools implement in Yangzhou plant

3.Assess the employee suggestio and deploy the plant ideas system

4.Best practices/BIC implement in Yangzhou plant

5.Good practice the CAD for plant layout and excel for data statistics

Good knowledge for industrial engineering basic tools
