Job Function: Technical / Sales / Training

Job description:

The Technical Sales Engineer Ridder is primarily respoible for all technical and sales activities concerning the whole product range of Ridder drive systems (such as gear moto, racks & pinio used for ventilation and screening in greenhouses), mainly interacting with greenhouse builde and supplie in the horticultural sector in China.

Position within the organization

The Technical Sales Engineer Ridder falls under the direct respoibility of the CCO.

Core tasks & respoibilities:

The main tasks for the Technical Sales Enginee Trainer will be a mix of Market development, Optimization the profit contribution of our product range, Product training on site, Technical sales support in the office and on site, Commissioning and training on site, Preventive maintenance on site, operating the Helpdesk & Solve malfunctio; Order, cleanliness, safety and environment and according to the mentioned task descriptio the administration and registration.

Job requirements

1.Higher professional education for mechanical engineering followed by vocational coues and/or training for keeping up the knowledge and product- and market changes in the field of technology and experience in technical purchasing.

2.Very thorough knowledge of the full Ridder product range (drive systems) mechanical and electronic components an there functioning of drive systems used in greenhouses; commercial experience, knowledge and undetanding in the field of horticulture and technical products.

3.2+ yea of practical design- and drawing experience and work with CAD Systems, such as Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD and Calculation programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Mathcad.

4.Thorough knowledge of materials, standards, regulatio and technological undetanding with respect to the implementation and operation of parts and electro-mechanical drive systems.

5.Exteive experience in automated data processing within the ERP environment desirable.

6.Competitive drive to win, combined with (conceptual and analytical) problem-solving abilities.

7.Customer-oriented, excellent communication and social skills (good negotiator).

8.Well veed economically and work methodically, neatly and accurately.

9.Good command of written and spoken English, minimum IELTS level 6 or equivalent; Native speaker of Mandarin (Putonghua): speaking, reading and writing.

10.Strong see of integrity and loyalty, able to treat all project information with strict confidentiality.

11.Allowed to work in China

3.2 年以上使用CAD系统做实际图纸设计的经验 , 如Autodesk的发明家和AutoCAD和计算程序,如Microsoft Excel和Mathcad;

4.全面了解材料、标准、法规和通过实现和操作部分机电传动系统的技术理解;

5.熟悉ERP操作;

6.竞争意识强烈,有整合概念和分析解决问题的能力;

7.以顾客为中心,良好的沟通和社交能力(较强的谈判者);

8.熟悉商业,工作有条不紊, 整齐和准确性高;

9.良好的读写英文能力,雅思最低6级或同等;汉语(普通话):说、读、写流利;

10.强烈的诚信和忠诚,能够治疗所有项目信息严格保密;
