主要工作职责

Main Respoibilities:

1.根据产品图纸编制机加工艺指导文件，如过程流程图、P-FMEA、机加工艺指导书等

According product drawing design process document and specification, such as process flow chart、P-FMEA、process itruct drawing and so on.

2.负责产品样件及批产刀具、工装的设计及选定以及工艺方案的实施

Respoible for design and specify cutter tool and clamping for product trial run and mass production, and accomplish process plan for product.

3.组织新产品试制工艺策划及过程跟踪,组织相关工艺试验进行工艺验证进行工艺优化等

Organize process planning and tracing production process for new product, organize engineering test for improve process

4.负责生产现场工艺问题处理及提供相应技术支持，产品工艺持续改进降低生产成本

Respoible for production process trouble shoot and provide technical support, to keep improving for process to reduce production cost

5.创建与维护SAP物料数据及工艺路线工作中心等

Create and maintenance material data、process routing and work center in SAP system

6.参与产品新设备选型、工艺方案审核及组织设备验收等工作

Involved in new machine type select、technical plan confirmation and organize machine acceptance

7.进行项目产能分析及设备投资计划的核算

Project capacity and machine investment calculation

8.根据公司内现有设备及生产能力能够准确地计算工序加工节拍；

Parts cycle time calculation accurately base on facility and machining capacity in plant;

9.结合公司现有生产、设备及运营情况进行项目初始阶段成本分析与核算（包括机加成本、人工成本、管理成本等），为销售部门商务报价提供技术支持；

According facility capacity and operation condition calculating project cost（include machining cost、stuff cost、management cost）,offer technical support to business department;

10.结合已经运行的项目进行项目成本分析、核算及控制；

Machining cost analysis and control base on existing project;

11.为商务及采购提供相应的技术支持；

Offer technical support to business and purchasing department;

12.工艺相关的其他工作；

Other process relevant work;

任职资格

Job Qualificatio:

1.机械相关专业，本科及以上学历；

Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical or relative.

2.至少3年机械加工行业工艺工程师工作经验；

At least 3 yea working experience as process engineer in machining industry;

3.熟悉TS16949质量工具

Familiar with TS16949 quality control tool

4.熟悉齿轮类零件机械加工工艺（车削、滚插齿、剃齿、热处理、磨齿等）及方法，熟悉机加工艺参数的选用；能读懂图纸，根据图纸要求进行工艺加工流程设计；

Familiar with gear machining process (turning,chaping,hobbing,shaving,HT, tooth grinding) and process parameter select; With capability reading product drawing and designing process flow chart;

5.熟练应用Auto-CAD pro-E等三位软件

Skilled with Auto-CAD and Pro-E software

6.英语可进行技术交流与沟通

Can accomplish technical communication with English
