职位描述:
In this role, you will support the growth of a strategic communicatio agency through the development of marketing collaterals, coordinating social media and other marketing opportunities for the agency. You will actively blog, prepare marketing materials, look for opportunities, build inbound marketing resources, and generally be an important voice for the agency.
Your contribution will directly increase the awareness of our agency as a reliable, creative, strategic communicatio agency based in China. You will work with our Chinese as well as international team and focus your efforts towards different target industries and peonas. As part of the team you will be exposed to many aspects of marketing and have the opportunity to learn with the “Adsmith family.”
Respoibilities
1. Maintain and grow online social media channels – coordinating overall activities and content
2. Maintain and improve our website
3. Update and improve case studies
4. Look for and apply for suitable industry award opportunities
5. Manage and develop content for the agency newsletter, video, other relevant communicatio channels
6. Write and coordinate the agency blog (different employees will contribute content, you will also have a voice)
7. Proactively use LinkedIn Groups to find and engage in related topics
8. Build marketing materials for use by the business development team
9. Look for speaking opportunities for senior management
10. Manage local communicatio and PR channels
11.Manage and track HubSpot inbound content marketing platform
12. May occasionally assist other project teams as required
Requirements
1. Native English ability with very strong writing skills
2. At least 2 yea experience in marketing, communicatio or branding
3. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communicatio or English is preferred
4. Currently based in Shanghai
5. Strong self-initiative and a proactive work attitude
6. Strong track records of execution, taking initiative, and an eye for detail
7. Strong project management and multitasking skills
8. Excellent people skills and the ability to work in teams
9. Strong copywriting skills
