Respoibilities:

?To handle contentious trademark, unfair competition and copyright infringement work including liaising with the investigation agents collating infringement evidence, issuing cease and desist letter, pressing the infringe to cease infringing act, filing and prosecuting complaints with administrative authorities;

?To handle court action including appeal TRAB’s decision to the court and prosecution of a well-known mark application.

?To draft and handle trade mark Review on Refusal, Opposition and Cancellation action independently including drafting, filing submission and supporting materials with the PRC Trademark Office and Trademark Adjudication Review Bureau.

?To handle International Trademark application designating China.

?To handle IP complaints.

?To liaise with patent agents for filing and prosecuting patent and handle patent related works.

?To develop IP business.

Requirements:

?Degree holder or above, at least 3 yea substantial experience with proven record.

?Candidates without degree but with substantial practice in IP or trade mark will also be coidered.

?Good drafting and communication skill particularly drafting submissio for filing in the court and IP related documents.

?Capable to work on and prioritize multiple tasks, must be able to work well under pressure with stringent deadlines.

?Ability to gather and critically evaluate information.

?Business travel may be required if able to speak good English.

?Good computer skills.
