1.负责现有化妆品客户的关系维护,出席各类客户会议
In charge of relatiohip maintaining of existing client, attend kinds of meeting called by client
2.洞察客户需求,把握客户意图,提升客户满意度
Give Iight into clients’ demands, grasp customer intention and improve their satisfaction
3.带领并培训现有团队成员,提高服务水平及业务能力
Lead and coach membe within department, enhance service level and business capability of current team
4.与公司内部团队配合,挖掘新的项目并推项目顺利进行
Co-work with other function team, find out new project and drive it forward
任职要求:
Requirements:
1.本科以上学历,广告及市场营销相关专业
Bachelor or above degree, Advertising or marketing related major
2.5年以上在国际、国内知名广告公司的客户服务经验,2年以上团队管理经验
5+yea client service experience in Famous company internationally or internally, 2+yea experience in team management
3.优秀的沟通技巧,较强的客户把控能力
Excellent communication skill and strong ability in client handling
4.有服务化妆品客户经验者优先考虑
Experience in cosmetic industry is preferred
5.熟练的中英文沟通能力
Proficient communication skill both in Chinese and English
