Key Respoibilities:

· communicate with Global KAM for account development, new opportunities, and project status

· set up account plan and action -

· maintain good relatiohip with customer interfaces and obtain information such as financial and market status, etc.

· establish cost structure and margin setting in quotes. Prepare proposals to custome in the form of quotation, pricing and delivery

· initiate project discussion with planne and project enginee in areas of project capability, manpower and facility planning

· interpret business and project requirements with custome

· adjust and track manufacturing and delivery plan according to customer’s updated forecast

· deal with customer complaints to assure total customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:

· univeity Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or business discipline

· five yea’ experiences of account management in mechanical / mechatronic or related industry

· excellent command of English both in oral and written. CET6 or equivalent

· computer software proficiency with MS Office applicatio, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

· knowledge of Germany is an added advantage:
