* Major in mechanical or electrical automation or relevant specialty bachelor degree or above.

* Eight yea above experience of mechatronics and automation experience, five yea above experience of project management.

* Proficient in project scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, HR management, risk management, procurement management.

* Ability to learn and accept new technology quickly.

* Be capable of kind of strategic thinking and macro management ability.

* Strong anti-pressure ability, can solve problems under high pressure.

* Have strong ability of communication and peuasion.

* Native Chinese.

* Good English, CET-4 or above, Good English communication in reading, writing, speaking.

* Willing to travel occasionally

Job Description:

1.Project Management:

* Project planning and resource allocation.

* Project implementation control.

* Project modification management.

* Project risk assessment and control.

* Project acceptance and training.

* Project data and documents.

* Project summary and report.

* Coordination the collaboration between project team and relevant departments.

* Assist to properly handle the customer complaints, put forward with handling suggestio, and carry out after PMO approval.

2.Othe:
