Good knowledge of MS office and injection molding process;

2. 良好的英语听说读写；

Good command Both Oral and written English skill;

3. 熟悉TS16949及ISO18000体系；

Familiar with TS16949 and ISO18000 System;

4. 良好的解决问题以及人际交往能力 。

Good problem solving, interpeonal skills.

岗位职责Job Respoibility

1. 主导注塑团队对工厂运作的支持；

Lead the molding team to support company operatio;

2. 整个注塑车间生产日常操作管理；

Manage the whole routine of molding production;

3. 保证注塑生产的准确性，即与公司及客户要求一致；

Eure the molding production accuracy & data coistency between physical requirements from customer and internal company.

4. 建立和维护一个良好的团队环境，培训出色的技术团队；

Establish and maintain a good teamwork environment & motivate the team member and set up skill training;

5. 拥有良好的注塑技能，知识和态度去有效地贡献生产和利益的最大化；

Have the relevant molding skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;

6. 精益生产的实施。

Lean manufacturing implementation.

7. 确保所负责区域的产能，质量，安全，环境等符合公司需求；

Eure the molding capacity, quality, safety and environments meet company’s target.

8. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；
