1. Univeity degree or Diploma holder, mechanical/ chemical related background; with minimum 4 yea project-related experience.

2. English ability to be able to smoothly communicate with customer, including oral and reporting.

3. Good undetanding of engineering plastic material and tool cotruction, related knowledge of mould design or tool making process.

4. Familiar with ISO / TS quality system, including FMEA, APQP, PPAP, etc., 3 yea automotive projects leading experience.

5. Engineering background, good knowledge or experience of SPC and process development.

6. Related mechanical and assembly knowledge.
