Job Overview:

The candidate will be the leader of cross-functional development team to deliver product to our tier-1 custome.

Roles and Respoibilities:

1. Planning of program resource, material, budget, and schedule, with input and support from DA and other function groups.

2. On-time delivery of samples for customer design-in & PCN.

3. On-time completion of programs for new product development, line exteion, and cost reduction.

4. Organizing CPD gate reviews.

5. Organizing periodical program reviews.

6. Building and retaining a team program manage with proper capability/capacity to support technology and product development.

Job Qualificatio:

1. Bachelor degree or above majored in Optical, Telecommunication, Electronic engineering, Physics, Mechanical engineering or related fields.

2. 5 yea or above working experiences in program management within fiber optic, or optoelectronic related industry.

3. Good communication and presentation skill in both Chinese and English.

4. Good team work and good communication capabilities.
