Job SummaryWe are seeking for an experienced IP lawyer who will be working with the team to provide IP legal couel and expand our services to clients.

Details of RespoibilityAdvising and advocating clients in civil actio or other non-contentious IP cases;Attending, puuing or providing all necessary assistance in criminal IP enforcement actio through PSBs, Prosecuto and Courts;Handling complex litigation cases independently or components of large cases with the team;Managing litigation, arbitration and other legal proceedings

Qualificatio & QualitiesBachelor degree in Law or a dual degree in English & Law;Must be a PRC qualified lawyer;A minimum of 3-5 yea' experience in the IP field; relevant experience in international IP firms is preferred;Excellent spoken and written English (equivalent to or above TEM 8 level);Strong management skills - ability to gain respect and trust of a big team of experienced attorneys/paralegals;Strong project management skills;Strong people skills - approachable, good at communicating with people;Ability to interact with different nationalities, backgrounds, positio in a company
