Job Description:
* 客户基本信息在内部系统中的录入及内部报表的数据输入;
* Data input (client basic information) in internal system and internal report;
* 通过电话或电子邮件方式联系客户进行逾期未完成业务操作的跟进,并制作进度跟进记录表;
* Client notification distribution (reminder notice via call and/or standard format email),
and maintain the tracking record;
* 通过电子邮件收集部门内部特定主题的回复,并将收到的反馈整理合并在总表中;
* Internal email reply’s coolidation (for specific internal topicurvey/report);
* 费用报销报告发票整理和数据录入;
* Prepare reimbuement report and data input;
* 纸质文件收发与内部实时传递;
* Documents collectioreception and internal real-time delivery;
* 传真、打印、装订、扫描与归档;
* File faxing, printing, binding, scanning and filing;
* 在客户经理外出会议无法接听客户电话时,接听电话并根据来电要求记录留言及时转达;
* Awer the phone and take the message when RM is out of office;
* 大型会议与活动的后勤服务。
* Logistics service for event and meeting.
Job Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree, around two yea related working experience would be preferred;
-Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (oral and written);
-Advanced computer Skills for MS Office, especially Excel;
-Respoible, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment;
-Have the ability to work accurately under pressure;
-Self-motivated, passionate and result-oriented.
