工作职责
Job Respoibility
1. 负责公司总机电话接听并转接给指定人员;
Awer the telephone in a good manner & trafer the telephone to the right peon;
2. 预定并协调安排会议室;
Manage all the meeting rooms reservatio;
3. 日常收发快递文件包裹;
Daily mail & courier management;
4.及时更新通讯录;
Telephone list update timely;
5.每月做好办公用品的分发记录和采购;
Staionery distribution & purchase;
6. 办公室设备的维护管理;
Office facilities maintenance;
7. 每周考勤记录的维护;
Weekly attendance record maintanance;
8. 员工休假管理;
Employee's leave management;
9. 协助组织公司活动和每月生日会;
Assist to organize company outing & monthly birthday party;
10. 人事经理安排的其他事务
other tasks assigned by HR manager.
要求
Requirements:
1. 大专或以上学历;
Diploma Degree or above;
2. 有相关工作经验者尤佳;
Related working experience is preferred;
3. 善于沟通;
Good interpeonal & communication skills;
4. 注重细节、耐心、积极主动;
Detail oriented, initiative, patient;
5. 良好的书写与口头表达能力;
Good oral & writing communication skills
