工作职责:
按照各部门年度人力资源计划完成招聘和配置工作,及时补充职位空缺,对招聘结果负责。
1. 与用人部门沟通招聘需求,制定并执行年度招聘计划。
2. 拓展并维护招聘渠道,购买网络招聘服务,每半年提交招聘渠道和成本分析报告。
3. 高校合作关系的洽谈和维护,校园招聘项目的策划和实施。
4. 招聘信息的发布和更新,简历接收和筛选,面试通知和组织,第一轮面试评估。
5. 实施薪酬谈判,必要的背景调查,发放录用文书。
6. 完善面试流程、题目和测评工具,不断提高面试效率。
任职条件:
1. 本科学历,英语熟练。
2. 两年以上招聘经验,有猎头经历者佳。
3. 较强的学习能力和执行力,结果导向,能够承受较大的工作压力。
4. 掌握人力资源管理各模块基础知识和技能。
5. 具备良好的规划能力,掌握良好的沟通技能,执行力强。
Job Respoibilities:
In accordance with the annual human resource plan of each department to complete the task of recruitment and allocation of work, supplement the job vacancies in time, be respoible for the results of the recruitment.
1.To communicate the needs with employing Department, make and execute annual recruitment plan
2.To extend and maintain recruitment channels, purchase online recruitment services, submit the recruitment channels and cost analysis report every six months.
3.To keep and maintain a good relatiohip with univeities, planning and implementation of Campus Recruitment Project.
4.To release and update recruitment information, resume received and screened out, interview noticed and organized, the fit round of interview assessment.
5.To implement salary negotiation, the necessary background researches, the issuance of employment documents.
6.To improve the interview process, topics and evaluation tools, and improve the efficiency of the interview cotantly.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, excellent communication skills in both oral and written English & Mandarin
2.More than two yea of recruitment experience, an executive search experience is preferred.
3.Good learning and execution ability, result oriented, be able to work under pressure.
4.Master the basic knowledge and skills of human resource management.
5.Have good planning ability, good communication skills, strong execution.
