Job Respoibilities:

·Lead the local shipping/ warehouse/ planning team to meet the deadline;

·Develop staff competence to cope with changes;

·Supervise the logistic team to drive process improvements, by lean tools, across the planning, shipping and logistics function;

·Review internal process to develop and implement logistics strategies and process improvement solution;

·Oveees the operatio of flow of goods, including planning, management of shipping, warehouse, inventory, traportation, and custom declaration administration;

·Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated ERP systems with accurate data;

·Liaise with logistics supplie to eure the operation is efficient and cost effective;

·Supervise warehouses for raw materials, coumables, finished goods, scraped materials and wastes;

·Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.

Requirements:

·Univeity Graduate of minimum 5 yea relevant experience in logistic and planning functio, which 3 yea in supervisory level;

·Good connection with forwarde & carrie;

·Excellent command of written and spoken English & Mandarin;

·Mature, outgoing and able to work well under dynamic and demanding business environment;

·Good team player, leadehip, presentation, communication and negotiation skills;

·Good experience in SAP/ERP system;

·Stable, Smart, Self-motivated, Aggressive;

·Experience in planning, shipping, warehouses, customs and etc.
