Job Respoibilities:

1. Be respoible for maintenance (itallation, adjustment, calibration) of emissio devices,such as emission benchs, emission gas analyzer, PM, PN analyzer.

2. Manage and Maintain test equipment according to ISO 17025 requirement and Tenneco global standard.

3. Optimize the efficiency of the test equipment including: schedule, resource planning, etc.

4. In charge of managing the supplier properly and making sure that the cotruction and new equipment is completed timely

5. Liaison with Tenneco global counterparts to eure a good communication and timely support from the oveeas.

6. Conform to all health and safety, security and quality systems related equipment.

7. Provide technical support to internal or external custome.

8. Assist supervisor to manage technician in equipment.

9. Report test status to supervisor

Requirements:

1. Univeity or above education in Vehicle, Engine, Mechanics and Electronics Integration, Automation, or Itrument.

2. 2~3 yea work experience in automotive components, engine dyno or emission test field.

3. Familiar with engine test equipment.

4. Familiar with powertrain test equipment, good Knowledge of equipment and auxiliary facilities for emission benchs , emission analyse.

5. Familar with Engine test methods and engine emission regulation. Such as GB 17691-2005, HJ 437-2008,2005-78-EC.

6. Familiar with emission bench and AVL/HORIBA emission analyzer preferred.

7. Experience in engine test cells or vehicle emission test preferred
