1、Excellent communication skills in all forms, including English both written and verbal. The ideal candidate should be able to hold a conveation with Victory custome / engineering teams.

2、Leadehip and communication skills to manage the whole team.

3、Must be able to handle customer requests and be oveee an entire project from gathering requirements, managing timelines, performing resource allocation, and drive it to completion.

4、Have PM experience in the manufacturing field.

5、Be a very good listener and follow management direction.

6、Ability to coistently travel to individual BG to monitor progress as well as work overtime to complete all required work.

7、Ability to foresee potential risks and be able to resolve issues quickly without impact to the schedule.

8、Finish all technology discussio with customer, and coistently maintain relatiohip with clients.

9、Working with Victory USA team, need to maintain relatiohips with China-based purchasing and R&D teams of USA custome. The position will require cotant updates to USA team on both project and team status.

4、Education background: master’s degree is preferred, but not necessary with right amount of experience.
