基本职责Essential respoibilities and duties
?发展并执行综合性的人力资源项目.提供专业的人力资源服务,包括招聘、人员预算管理、人员发展、培训生项目、文化推广、员工满意度调查。Develops and executes a variety of human resource programs. Coordinate.Performs human resources services such as recruitment,people development, young talent project, culture development,employee survey.
主要职责The main missio of the role are:
?根据公司需求,通过面试及测试招聘好素质的员工。Conducts interviews and tests based on company’s needs to choose and recruit good quality employees.
?根据业务需求,主导人员数量配置预算,并跟踪确保预算达成。According to business needs, leads HC budget setting and goal achevement.
?负责关键人员发展计划。运用EE指引,协助运营团队持续发展现场管理技能。Respoible for key peoson development plan. Using EE guild, assistant operation team to develop shop floor management skill continuely.
?负责培训生项目。根据公司业务需求,定义有效的招聘方案及培养方案。负责培训生的沟通计划及发展计划推动。Administe young talent program. According to business needs, define effective recruitment & develop program. Respoible for young talent communication plan and development plan pushing.
?负责员工离职分析,找到员工离职的首要原因并提供适当的人力资源管理建议。Analyzes the reaso of employee’s demission, to find out the primary reaso of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company.
?负责公司文化推广计划及实施。In charge of culture development.
?组织年度员工满意度调查并追踪改善行动。Arrange annual employee survey and follow the improvement aciton.
? 协助组织架构管理。Assistant Org-chart management.
?承担公司相关FES文件以及TS1694标准要求的管理责任,确保FES文件的有效运行,并不断在部门内完善FES文件中的相关程序及其应用。Respoible for the FES documents and TS1694 standard related management, eure the effective operating of the FES documents, and cotantly perfect the FES relevant procedures and applicatio.

任职资格Qualificatio
理想候选人应具备以下The ideal candidate will have/be:
学历Minimum education level:
大学本科以上学历,人力资源相关专业Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in HR or related field preferred.
工作经验Experience :
8年以上人力资源经历Above 8 yea work experience in HR
二年汽车行业经验 2 yea in auto industry is a plus.
技术及能力Skills and competencies
能够较熟练的掌握HR管理工具Master HR manuals
较强的沟通能力 Strong communication skill
较强的冲突管理能力 Strong conflict management skill
英语能流利对话 Oral English is fluent
